Commission Terms of Service

Commission Prices

Icon (Head to chest) - $40
Bust (Head to waist, includes hands) -$50
Half Body (Head to knee) - $60
Full Body (Head to toe) - $70

Price is per character/person.
Solid color or simple background included.
Other backgrounds, additional props, and intricate outfits vary in price depending on the complexity.

A 50% non refundable deposit is required to be placed on my waitlistA final price will be discussed and confirmed with the client before any invoice is sent.

Commission Process

Once payment is complete I'll make a rough sketch.This will not include line art or color. This process usually takes 1-2 days. Once I’m finished with the sketch I’ll send it to the client for approval. This is the only time you may request major changes. Please be specific with your changes.After the client has approved the rough sketch, I will line, color, and render the illustration. This process takes 3-4 days generally, but may take longer depending on the complexity of the illustration.After I finish this step, I will send the illustration to the client for final approval. At this stage you may request minor changes/adjustments. This includes, but is not limited to; adjusting eye color, adding missing jewelry, using the liquify tool to slightly adjust proportions, adjusting facial features to change the intensity of the expression, and adding shine.After the illustration is completed and the client confirms it as finished, I will upload the full resolution .png file to Google Drive and send the download link to the client.

Full Payment is required upfront before any work is started.

The final image will be about 3000 to 4000 pixels in width and height and 300 DPI.

Types of Licensing

Personal Licensing

  • Personal use commissions are not to be altered or resold.

  • I retain the copyright and can use the art in my portfolio and post it to my social medias.

Commercial Licensing

  • Commercial commissions involve me selling the complete copyright of the image to the client.

  • They may use the art for commercial, advertising, marketing, and merchandising purposes,

  • I reserve the right to display the art in my portfolio and social medias.

  • This will cost 3 times the price of the personal license, (if the commission is originally $50 a commercial license will cost $150.)

Book Cover Licensing

I am an under designer at Covers and Cupcakes LLC.
All covers will be done through her company, please message for details.

Additional Information

  • Payment through PayPal only

  • Due to the nature of the product I provide, I can not provide refunds.

  • Reference pictures are always required.

  • Please let me know if you need your art by a deadline! A rush fee may be required.

  • I do not work on Sundays or Holidays.

  • Commissions will be drawn in my artstyle only.

  • I will not draw nsfw, gore, mecha, or hateful art. I reserve the right to refuse any commission.

  • Do not tag me alongside any nsfw content.
